So we may look forward to your electronic file's arrival, please fill out the Artwork File Transfer Form. There are two options: This page can be printed from here or you can download and fax the PDF version.

  • Include the application name and version
  • Indicate the format: Macintosh or PC
  • Indicate the fonts used
  • Include your BAL contact person's name
  • Include a hardcopy of the file
